1. Check in and Check out.  We are on Eastern Standard Time! Check in is at 3pm and check out at 11am for the one and two bedroom units.  If you are at the Bugatti home, check in time is 4pm and check out is 10am. We are more than happy to grant an early check in if the unit is available – although this is NOT guaranteed!  We do not allow for late check outs.  So, plan on being out of your cottage on time.

LATE CHECKOUT FEE - If you are not out of your rental at the time of check out, we reserve the right to charge an additional $150 to your card on file.

2. Children.  Kids are MORE than welcome here, and we love our family guests!  We welcome children of all ages and they help make our place as special as it is!  Parents are responsible for the actions and safety of their children.  Adult registrants are responsible for the actions of all occupants, guests, and invitees of their cottages.

3. Pets.  We love pets, although we do not allow them on our property.  Even the super well behaved cute small dogs.  Sorry – but no dogs, cats, birds, ferrets, or any other animals anywhere on the property at any time.  No emotional support animals either.  Service animals for people with disabilities are allowed under Michigan law and the Federal Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

4. Smoking.  There is no smoking by the pool, in the patios, cottages or common areas.  If you must have a smoke, please look for the smoking receptacle shaped as a buoy by the parking lot or down by the docks.

5. Quiet Hours.  We have a lot of fun here at the OPC, but after 10pm you must keep your fun to a respectful noise level, and please do not get too loud again until after 8am. 10pm-8am, we are quiet.  City of Saugatuck quiet hours begin at 11pm.

6. Visitors.  Please do not bring more than 6 visitors to our property at a time unless you have been given approval by the front office. Visitors of our guests are allowed from 8am-11pm and must be accompanied by a guest/boater.

7. Boat docks.  We have two guest docks that are available for use.  Guest docks are slip 9 and slip 10.  You may fish, walk, or paddle board from them.  If you have a boat, though, you need to get it approved with our team prior to docking.  We do not do transient slips; our guest slips are for our cottage guests only and must be reserved ahead of time.  You need to have a minimum of 6+ nights booked to dock, on a first come first served basis.  Designated docks are for boaters only.
